My Mother says
“My mother always says that ‘when you teach others, your own knowledge expands’”
When it comes to Indian cookery, the cycle of teaching and learning is never-ending! Our regional cuisines are so diverse, that sharing recipes and techniques with others is an ongoing way of life. My mother and I both share a passion for cooking and get so excited when we discover new recipes and cooking ideas that we have to share them immediately!”
